Ok, don’t get me wrong…I LOVE my job! However, it’s still nice to have a short week! Today is the last day we have kids for the week. We have Pioneer day off and then on Friday we’re pretty much just playing at the park. I’m so excited!

One thing I’m not looking forward to is moving. Yup, Jon and I are moving into a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It sounds like a chore, but it’s just across the parking lot…heehee. So yeah, we’re not moving too far away. But still. I have to pack things up and walk it across the way. I am happy to have a master bath! No more sharing for me! heehee!

I guess that’s it! Have a fabulous Pioneer Day!

Ok, so I have been trying for the last week or so to create a polaroid in a picture. I finally found a website with detailed instructions on how to do it! Hurray for me! Anyhow, this isn’t my favorite picture, but I did accomplish the effect I was going for so I can’t complain too much. This is one of our wedding announcement pictures. We were both a little thinner then. So, not only has our love increased…our waist lines too! heehee.

Ok. So its been way too long since I’ve posted on this blog. Jon’s really putting the pressure on me to get the ball rolling. It’s just I really don’t have that interesting a life. But I guess you’re all going to have to suffer thru this with me. Anyhow, we spent the weekend in Orem with Rina and her family. Suprisingly it was Jon who wanted to go so bad. Well…while there Rina was working on digital scrapbooking. I was amazed at how easy it was for her and thrilled at how beautiful her LO (lay outs) turned out. So, I decided I was going to try my hand at it. My first LO wasn’t all that grand. But my focus wasn’t perfection. This was a pic taken of Jon and Andy (his 1st cousin) at least a year ago. Enjoy!

My first REAL post…

Well yes…I’ve finally started a blog. I’m not really sure how this is going to go, but I’m sure going to make it as interesting as I possibly can. If only I had children to really spice these posts up. Oh well, soon enough. So, it’s 2:09am…I just got off work and I’m wide awake as usual. It’s interesting how while I’m 2hrs into my shift I’m falling asleep, but by the end I’m wide awake. It’s ridiculous.

I can’t wait for May! I start my new job as a Pre-school teacher assistant (or floater…not quite sure yet). I’ve never wanted a job as bad as I did this one. When I got the call last Saturday that I got the job I started crying. I’m such a dork. This school’s really amazing. It’s for lower income Hispanic children in the valley. They also have a Montessori class which I’m really looking forward to learning more about. Another exciting thing in May is that my Dad is coming to Utah to visit.

Lots of fun things in the near future…can’t wait!
