Project365-Day 32…Gimme some color!
OK…so I forgot to take a pic today (feb 14th…valentines day) so I decided to work on my lighting. I made a light box (I’ll have to take a pic of my light box another time…after I build a bigger version) and put these color pencils in it. It didn’t really work out how I wanted it. The box was too small. I was too lazy to make another box tonight. So here’s my picture of the day…totally un-impressive…but that’s ok. It’s still a picture. heehee....

Here’s a wedding pic of me and Jon. Since it was our anniversary yesterday I thought I’d post a picture of us from our wedding (or close to…this was actually our “bridals”…I refused to take pics by myself). Anyhow, I photoshoped this pic so I could use it for my pic of the day…lol! Isn’t he cute!?!

My pic of the day is of the flower arrangement Jon had on the dining room table for me when I got back from my class at 9pm. He’s so sweet. He buys me an arrangement with red gerber daisies for our anniversary every year. He had also picked up salads from Fredrico’s…it’s sentimental to us because that’s where we went on our first date. Last night after partying it up with the family for Patty’s b-day I came home to a gazillion (or so it seemed) hearts taped to my front door and all over my car. My picture of the day is of my MIL, Patty, because it’s her b-day! Isn’t she beautiful!?! We all went out to Olive Garden (she loves Olive Garden, but doesn’t get there too often) and then went to G-ma Somers for some cake and ice cream. We suprised her by having her siblings there to share some cake too. I couldn’t ask for a better MIL. She was kind of forced to love me because Jon and I were pretty much engaged right after we got home from our mission. I was so excited to make this recipe I found on everydayfoodstorage.net. If you haven’t been to that site you really should. They have great recipes and ideas on what to do with your food storage. Anyhow, I finally made this tonight and I thought it was ok. Jon really liked it. The next time I make this I’m not going to make it as a caserole. I think eating it more of like a taco salad would be better. But you decide! Here’s the recipe. Enjoy! Chili Bake 1 lb. Ground Beef ¼ cup Chopped Onion 1 can (16 oz.)
